Actually doesnt. I Worked for a year representing fathers and sons (as lawyer ) making actions agist sons and fathers that doesnt want to care about their parent and child. The problemb is that people dont have money to took out and just ignored their rights

Ronaldo’s kids don’t have a mom he owns them

James new kid might be “his gf” as the mom even tho another woman had the kid.

They break up and his gf who didn’t carry the kid 9 months will ask for support or money. Seems dumb to me

I have 2 kids can’t get divorced will bankrupt me :) especially where I live where my wife gets half my stuff

I don't think child support is predicated on carrying a child for 9 months. It's a weird topic, some places the laws are too tilted in favor of the mom and in other countries their's no protections for parents. If you have a kid with someone you're gonna have to be responsible for that kid. It makes sense why a model would want to have a surrogate and avoid not working, but after that its just like any other kid all the same laws should apply.

Has nothing to do with carrying the child lol

It's about the cost to raise a child, who is spending the most time raising the child, and the income of both parents.

There are men who receive child support from the children's mother. Same with adoption. If my wife and i adopt a child and i leave her, i will have to pay her to raise that child.

To clarify, there are 3 intertwined issues :

    1. The surrogate mother: Most likely there is a legal contract and after birth she's pretty much out of the picture, unless she's not paid or obligations are not honored by the parts.

    2. Child support: As jmezzy explained, if there's a divorce/separation and the child stays with the mother (not the surrogate), the mother will receive money to raise the child until she/he is of age, but it depends on income too. Usually the one making more money ends up paying the other part.

    3. Divorce: If James and his gf are now living together or marry and they divorce in the future, the wife/gf can claim part of the money earned during the time they were together, unless there's a pre-nuptial, that severely limits what money she can receive.

add to all the above that every state in the US can carry their own unique statutes. Multiply that by the different laws that govern throughout the world and I'm sure it's never simple.

And for the record (not directed to you Dapip), there are father deadbeats everywhere in the world. Even 'fathers' with money to burn find a way not to do the right thing.

Can't blame James in all of this. Many Venezuelan women are just smokin'.

Slipping back to futbol. I thought he was a free agent after Summer 2019? When does his contract expire with RM?

Yeah, before he left to Bayern he signed an extension.
Yup. And now Modric and Zidane's favorite Lucas Vasquez are back. Add in Rodrygo playing well and missing more time now because of the kid, who knows how his playing time will be moving forward.

And don't forget Valverde playing well, two more months and then he should be on the move if not then CQ really should bench him to light a fire under his ass.

James needs constant playing time and to stay healthy. That will elevate his game 100%

A disappointing result for Madrid. 0-0 at home to Betis.

But you'll probably hear more about James and Bale leaving the stadium 5 minutes before the game ended like most injured players do to avoid the traffic, then about Hazard continuing to not score goals.

Is James injured? I thought I heard the announcers say he was in Colombia celebrating the new child? Hazard has been pretty much a ghost, I think Zidane isn't utilizing him correctly at all because I think he's very good but he's not really getting involved in the games much at all.

Bayern fired Kovac. Was only a matter of time. A few months too late.

What's done is done. He won the league twice and the domestic cup once. I say he doesn't need to go back to Germany but he should focus on the future and maybe get to Italy soon.

James will have probably another 5-6 years in Europe, but we can tell right now that his career will be disappointing comparing to the potential he had at the age of 21-22. It's true that some of the problems weren't his fault, but unlike what I thought in the past, James also made many mistakes in his behavior. He had too many problems with coaches, too many discipline incidents that I never thought he will have and it's clearly effected his career. Our luck is that usually in yellow he plays well, but he will never be as good as Falcao was, for example. Falcao is a true athlete, a great person, very professional. Even when things didn't went well in England, you never saw him say something against the coach or acting like immaturely. Very frustrated but at least he'll be free to go at the end of the season, maybe to fix the rest of his future.
