I have added the date and times for the match in the opening thread.

Umtiti has knee problems and has been left out of the squad.

That's not good! Especially considering how slow Pique has gotten. Good thing we spent some money on signing a CB in the summer instead of on Willian or something equally useless. Just not sure Lenglet is up for the task yet.

If its any consolation, at least Lenglet won't go in the Spurs match cold. And also EV did seem to suggest that it would be weeks, not months.

What looked like the hardest game leading up to our Wembley trip is now looking like more and more of a 'must win' game, after we dropped 5 of 6 points in our last 2 matches. Still we are in first place in La Liga and in our CL group, albeit tied with Real and Inter, but ahead on goal differential in both. So life is not all bad. But then Umtiti got injured.

Lineup wise I'd like to see "grand once" but with Semedo and Arthur starting (over Roberto and Rakitic), and Lenglet filling in for injured Umtiti. But I think EV will start the "grand once" plus Lenglet.

So prediction is by first name this time:
    Marc-Andre,
    Sergi, Gerard, Clement, Jordi,
    Ivan, Sergio, Philippe,
    Lionel, Luis, Ousmane.
And if we get a good result and no more injuries I'd expect pretty much the same in Wembley.

7th out of 38 least important games of the season.

Squad list has the usual absences of Samper, Denis, and Alena out (latter still getting match fit with Barca B), and the injured Umtiti (allowing Vermaelen in the squad together with Lenglet). But Rafinha makes the squad and Malcolm misses. Sport sees that as a mystery - did Malcolm not impress off the bench midweek? Is Rafinha more adapted to Barca's play and EV's tactics? Truth is neither Rafinha nor Malcolm was likely to even come on as a sub, so a bit of much ado about nothing? https://www.sport-english.com/en/ne...ppearance-of-malcom-for-athletic-game-7059463

I kept faith in Fraudverde until we lost to Roma and then blew the undefeated season.

I want Laurent Blanc in ASAP

Damn! What does this mean? Bust-up? Injury? Rotation? Or focusing on CL? I never thought!

Resting up in the first half before being subbed on in second half to chase the game I fear.

Craperto playing in the midfield while Arthur on the bench !?!?!? lol ?

Have the feeling that our genius coach will sub him out and bring Rafinha who is another useless guy in the second half , we will see :cautious:

No Busquets or Umtiti. Going to be vulnerable at the back and toothless upfront until Messi gets subbed on in the 46th minute.

But all that matters is CL so no problemo.:whistling:

Craperto is the weakest link, especially with Busi resting.

So easily penetrated there, twice. The first wasn’t offside and then Williams should’ve done better...

hahaha Roberto playing as DM , they are shooting from his position like he was invisible , let's hope MATS can block all these shots until Busi arrives

On the goal I thought it was Pique who played him onside.
