Are you just guessing at this or is there actual legs to this? I find it hard to believe Mansueto would immediately clean house. NROD was a significant player in the sale , and I'm assuming in the move back to Soldier Field. If Nrod is gone I would think it would be a MLS promotion as a reward for a supposed "job well done". That's not my belief (job well done) , but just theorizing if he was in fact key to both and how Don would treat that.
I am over the moon with the news that Hauptman is out. However, it's not unencumbered joy because even though NSF is way closer to me than Bridgeview, it is a shitty shitty place for soccer and almost certainly a horrid deal for the team based on the fiction that location was what was driving fans away. Hopefully losing money at lightning speed in NSF will keep a fire under his ass to get the team a real home.

From what I was told, about 95% of the front office would be gone once Mansueto bought the club. I can only assume that from that detail that with this announcement, more are coming.
Early reports and rumors make it look like a better deal over Bridgeview. Of course , they shelled out a shit load of cash to get out of BV so that should be factored in. But the rumored $25,000 per game starting price is a steal in modern pro sports if true (up to 50k with attendance #s).
I'm standing by that Nelson gets a promotion over this. Not that I believe he is good at his job or deserves one .
I would think that Mansueto has seen what goes on over the last few months so he should be comfortable making changes to the FO. It may not happen as quickly as we like, but I think the offseason we could see a complete turnover in preparation for 2020.

I'm a Detroit Lions fan. I've seen worse. Hell, the 0-16 season finished AFTER Millen was out. But really, I don't think this team will be LAFC next year, but it's going to be a big offseason on a number of fronts.
Yeah, no. That doesn't matter at all. It's a shitty place for soccer. It's too damned narrow and folks forgiving that for once-in-a-blue-moon opportunities to see foreign teams they follow have nothing to do with trying to play full seasons there. Those fans would riot about it being shitty if they had to watch the consistent congestion that those matches would be in competition.
