Who's going to fill the left sided midfield role in the 3-5-2?

    Giaccherini? Pasqual?

I have been to Split before, beautiful city! I think Darmian is going to take the left and Candreva on the right

    Sub ;)

So, Who is gonna be at the line up?

I say A good counter attacks could be deadly . Alongside dead ball set ups by our specialists.

No Modric for Croatia and no fans at the game. Both countries will likely qualify so I expect another draw.

I actually think croatia will be kicked out of euros. Fans will not stop chanting Za dom Spremni a chant
they have chanted at every Croatia game since 1990. That chant has now been deemed racist according to FARE so I don't think Croatia will be at nest summer euros.

Giovinco deserves a call up. I know some people will say he's playing in the MLS but he's in form and deserves a call.. It's not like a MLS player has never played at the world cup and held his own. Another great game from seba last night.. how much longer can conte ignore him. i just don't get some of conte's experimental inclusions.

Remember the game in Milan where their fans started throwing flares on to the pitch and they had to stop the game for like 20 minutes ? yea thats why.

Apparently, Conte is testing a 4 3 3 formation. Many of us have been clamoring for this. Lets see if he goes through with it and who he selects.

i came on here to see what you guys thought about giovinco not being called lately. he's been killing it for toronto all season from what i've seen. is it "out of sight, out of mind", or did he and conte have issues at juve?

I was worried (still am) that Conte was going to be a stubborn b***** and just keep forcing his 3-5-2 for no reason.

    My picks.

    Darmian - Bonnuci - Barzagli - Pasqual
Marchisio - De Rossi - Verratti
    Candreva - Pelle/Gabbiadini - Sansone/Vasquez

My lineup would be almost identical.

In defense I'm 75% in agreement with you. I still want to put De Sciglio on the left over Pasqual. I'm stubborn, I know.

    Total agreement with the midfield.

Yeah, my front three would be Candreva on the right, Vasquez on the left, and Gabbiadini in the center.

Wrong they got a fine for that incident which was done on purpose. They got a one game ban for racist chants in the Norway game. A lot of the people in Croatia want to see the national team kicked out of euros as they can't stand the corruption anymore. Shame really as this is the most talented team we have had since the great team we had in the mid to late 90s.

I gotta say, I don't understand Conte's reasoning sometimes. Florenzi, Insigne, and Bonaventura being excluded doesn't make a whole lot of sense for me while matri and Pasquale are included. These guys cry that Young Italians aren't getting enough playing time, than they exclude the ones that do play for two dinosaurs that sit on the bench.

Insigne had a bad year fine. But Florenzi and Bonaventura 100% deserve a spot, if not a starting spot. I'm a huge Florenzi fan, and I hope to see him back in the team soon.

One guy I am happy to see here again is Bertolacci, I got high hopes for this guy. I hope to see him play over the next two games.
