Yeah but all my friends and relatives who are roma, juve , milan and inter fans lose sleep when their team loses but don't care all that much either way when Italy plays. Its a little harder to support a team that plays 5-7 games a year with a host of different players as opposed to a club that plays with the same group on a weekly basis.

And yet we won the NEXT World Cup, no? :D I think it is just popular for Italians to say "Ma che cazzo me ne frega?" instead of admitting that we lost because we did not play well or fight hard, because that is painful.

That and worrying and debating about where they will be headed in August to the beach or to the mountains. In 02 they blamed Trap & Moreno. Now they are blaming Suarez bit on Chiellini.

I agree with jerrito. Fans may pretend they don't care but its counterproductive to anyway because its not like for instance us now talking about this is going to solve any of the problems.

Its more relevant what journalists and football administrators are saying.

    2002 was a lost opportunity.
2014 on the back of 2010 is perhaps a sign of things to come.

Sono Napoletano, bello. Sempre a mare si va. Per me Bacoli oppure Amalfi, Gaeta, Vietri...Per te magari Tirrenia. Ci sei mai stato, Gabi? Luogo stupendo.

All I see is with the millions and million of dollars / Euro's Italy has invested in their players not to mention the important clubs they all play on as well as important European competition, , they put forth a team of all stars who couldn't even beat a team made up of what would be a Serie B or bottom table Serie A squad...Yeah I'd say that is pretty disgraceful.....

The only thing dead about calcio is Conte's hair. We need some restructuring and it'll take time but when has anything in Italy every been fixed quickly?

Is the restaurant still there that prepared everything cooked in a paper wrapper? I thin "Cartoccio" was in the name. Is the nude beach still in Gaeta? I have not been there in 15 years or maybe more.
