Should be a quality of friendly since we played Paraguay and Costa Rica with Kaylor Navas.

I will be at the game and expect some excitement.

Jamaica is another dokebi team. I saw gold cup semifinal game against USA beat them with a little bit of luck but managed to withstand the pressure from USA. Then they just folded against Mexico in the final. Fast forward a little bit to second round of World Cup qualifying, they faced Nicaragua in a home and away playoff. Jamaica lost at home 2-3 against Nicaragua and somehow miraculously beaten them in return away game 2-0 to qualify For the third round.

My assumption is, we really not sure what kind of team we're gonna get them. Are we gonna get the team that beat USA, or one who folded against Mexico.

This is a good test considering South America are in World Cup qualifier and entire Europe is wrapping up euro qualifiers. They aren't who lot of teams left to call for a friendly. I remember two friendless back 1998. They were brought in as preparation for Mexico game in World Cup 1998.

    I predict 1-0 dongwon goal.

Edit: for Jamaica, the stereotype is, they all tried for track team before football team.

Not sure why they have Kim Seung-kyu & Kim Young-gwon as subs when both went back to their clubs

Well, here we go. Dragged my rear end out of bed nice and early for this one despite it being a day off. Hope I'm not embarrassed for my efforts and we can look competent out there against a strong South Korean squad.

A lot of them do. Track is the #1 sport in Jamaica and many players will do both in high school before they go to university or professional clubs abroad and focus on football.

I guess the standouts from first half was Lee Jae-sung and Kim Jin-su both of whom were lively in attack

Doing pretty well for a B-squad match I guess. All sorts of space and loose pressure from both sides though, so really not much to take away from it. Unless they have been on a counter Jamaican offence has been hapless, they really need to be more adventurous and push more forward here, it is just a friendly...

I am liking what Hwang EJ has shown, I like a CF that is willing to shoot at any time. Unlucky to hit the crossbar. Ji DW is at least visible this game, and scored a pretty nice header, albeit aided heavily by hilarious punching mistake by their keeper (shades of Algeria's second goal vs. us in the WC). Love Lee JS's movement. Overall though we need to take our shot timing a bit faster; how many shots have the Jamaican defenders have blocked?

Hilariously helped or not hopefully that goal helps Jis scoring confidence as he's been playing really well for Augsburg outside that. But no goals of the non own goal variety was really causing problems for him

They were playing the Vangelis' Anthem and now Jo Sumi's champion during Seol KH's retirement ceremony, full on 2002 nostalgia, lol.

LJS should just shoots when he gets a chance... too many dummied balls and dummying our own player in the process too. Should have done better with the header.

Hwang EJ finally gets off the mark. 3-0. Great patience there in faking the defender out.
