Apart from Bürki all players will be ready come next weekend. No practice this weekend. Some players are carrying knocks but those should heal over the course of the week.

I don't care if he gets injured a lot. He has given everything for the club and is a good utility player. At the least he deserves to see his contract out. A real shame he is injured. He is twice the defender that Bartra and Ginter are.

It's irony at its worst that the best players are injured while the bad ones are usually healthy.

thats a shortsighted way to look at it. He will have access to the highest level of medical knowledge in the world, and most times these things can be managed by a strict diet.

It could turn out to be a serious issue, but it also completely explains some of his difficulties so if anything, he may be able to come back and actually get back to kicking ass

Metabolic disorders are generally treated with hormones. Dietary changes can help some, but do not fix the underlying hormonal imbalance that is causing the disorder.

true food alone wont fix the issues, but a strict and structured diet will definitely be needed once they figure out what his body has particular trouble metabolizing. then again i could be wrong im not a medical professional

A combination of both diet and medicine is usually the successful way forward.

It's a field day for German news. The country is obsessed with this guy and the tabloids are opening champagne in honour of this disease.
