I remember reading last summer how he had come back in great shape, so that means nowt lol

 

Lulz, these "Benzema is superfit!" shocking reveals are becoming as common as our Biglia bids or Verratti/messi renewals.

 

Whatever Benzema does his fans will blow it out of porportion.
He scored a goal ,OMFG. A striker scored a goal,next level.
Omg he has a visible 6 pack,he's so superfit and ready to tear up the season. It's his job and life.

 

Benz has had a few moments that I appreciate, a couple of seasons ago he nearly had a hat trick in a classic coming back from injury and his dribble against ATM last season come to mind but when think about what I appreciate most with a player it's effort.

Perhaps it's his playing style or role but I have a difficult time appreciating his typical contribution to the degree some do.

 

Random but I spilled coffee on my shirt laughing a few days ago after watching one of his instagram stories. He also has a mean thug life persona he likes to display if anyone is interested in laughing a bit.

 

You should look into his background and the people he hangs out with still (which gets him into all the trouble he gets in to), it's no persona.

 

Still a persona if you ask me. He's a millionaire footballer. He just refuses to let go of the hood, but he's no thug no matter how hard he tries to act like one.

 

You're speaking about a ton of athletes with this description.

 

Yes. Lots of them who grew up wishing for a better life and when they got it, they couldn't let go of the hood life.

Some guys like Pacman Jones among others come to mind. Benz is nowhere close to that level. Benz is no thug. He's a good guy who does dumb things now and then while trying to remain attached to his childhood

 

Pac is a good dude. This is why I don't like the media. It's how they shape perception.

this pretty much most athletes on any sport. Football, NBA, NFL, even Baseball. People who grow up dirt poor and came to make millions. You can't blame him for trusting only the people he grow up with.

LOL, let me try and understand this logic: Benzema came from a place where people cannot be trusted. Benzema only trusts people who come from this place where people cannot be trusted. Therefore, Benzema only trusts people that cannot be trusted.

Great, what a revelation. It is all clear now. The reason Benzema unknowingly gets into so much trouble is because he puts his trust in untrustworthy people.
