Not as bleak as our coaching decisions apparently. Berghuis and Babel when Memphis is out? Come on. Even if they do well it’s a perfect opportunity to play Stengs and/or Boadu (who are both better, Stengs has been one of the highlights of the Eredivisie really) and instead we get this crap.

Yah it's what has cause Koeman to be sacked before and it's why I'm more than okay if he goes to Barcelona. I find him to be such a poor manager with lineup decisions. His tactics are decent but selections are awful

Indeed. The two others are Dutch top attackers, so I donot get that comment and the LOL by venema20 at Berghuis.
The ball Berghuis played onto the bar was placed, like the Dutch commentator also mentioned, behind him, so he was lucky he could get the ball on target and with a bit more luck it would have been a goal.

Donny had a wrong choice when Orange was 3 vs two NI defenders. He played to the off side Babel, while Berghuis was on side and had an open pitch in front of him.

 

Berghuis not good not bad. For me at least. Remember he has Veltman on the RB who for me has been the worst player on the pitch today. Just zero support on the wing from him.
