    Hmmm...

    Zoet
Janmaat - de Vrij - van Dijk - Kongolo
    Blind
    Sneijder - Strootman
    Promes - Janssen - Wijnaldum

Wouldn't mind seeing that tried out since I know they're not going to go with a diamond and 2 strikers (Sneijder behind Promes/Janssen). But for sure I think that Kongolo and de Vrij should be in the team with how they've played of late -- especially Kongolo.

Anita ? Newcastle is not even in the EPL right? You have got to be kidding me.

Look at the choice of wingers. With Narsingh & Berghius we could get 3...WOW!

Brenet and Fer should be in this list, instead of Veltman and Anita.
Janmaat suffers from a little injury but he should be in the list too.

Unfortunetaly there's not a lot of choices to pick from...Narsingh and Berghuis are starters with their clubs, that's why they make the squad.

Depay is bad , El Ghazi is sleeping, Elia is injured, Kishna doesn't start regularly, Boetius is such a mystery, is he always injured or what ?

I'd pick Vilhena over Anita at the moment for midfield (I know they do not play at the same position but we have Clasie and Blind already). I like what Frysk Bloed posted above (with Tete in place of Janmaat) although I still prefer 3-5-2 vs Belarus and 5-3-2 vs France. Let's hope for a win vs Belarus and a tie with France.

^^^ Why are you so pessimistic? Would you like to see Blind get sacked after these 2 matches?

He's probably seen Oranje play the last couple of years. That should give plenty of reason to be pessimistic. However, a 1-3 win over France seems overly optimistic if you ask me.

We will draw France, and then barely beat the White Russians by the skin of our teeth

Hard to predict with our home form being so bad - both Belarus then France being at home..

Blind is now 4 losses out of 4 home games.
Why can we not play at home??

(Away we are 5 wins, 2 draws and only 1 away loss..)

Yeah could but will they qualify if they keep drawing.

I have 60 - 40 of them qualfying . if by the end of first round if they are not in commanding position. Its kiss goodbye.win vs Luxembourg will jus be formalities.

We have to put everything on the fact that we have to beat every opponent from now on.

I definitely agree with those who say Karsdorp deserves a shot at rightback, the only problem is he has ZERO experience there in international competition

what has zero experience to do with him getting the nod at starting 11. this kind of mentality sucks and this why NT IS STRUGGLING today. they only want to pull the string when its broken. why not when you know its loss. if he doesn't start now then when should he start. vs france or when they will be playing the third best in the group. veltman gets the nod jus because he has got ALOT OF EXPERIENCE, whats happened????? this is the mentality of the current selectors and coach who are sinking the ship but wanna maintain that picture that nothing is wrong and sailing is smooth.

I never said its a bad idea to start him, I'm saying you take a risk (especially against France)

Sneijder would be playing a DPL type DM. He doesn't have the speed, movement n guile to play a 10 more, just doesn't have the explosiveness a De Bruyne or James Rodriquez or Ozil has!

Don't think so I for one thought he played well above his ability at World Cup.
