Agree. This is going to be true for any box-to-box center mid who doesn't score lot of goals, and doesn't play for one of the big boys. And he's only recently scored his first couple of goals.

 

Nice goal, but that team goal celebration warrants a visit from Human Resources to discuss inappropriate touching. I mean - excited, sure, but that looks like the old Eric Idle skit.

 

Stuart Holden truly is the next Landon Donovan.

Re: Season's First XI, Dempsey was on the unofficial midterm team of some newspaper (Gazetta?) but I don't think we've had a non-keeper on the full season's first XI.
