First minute, Schurrle should have scored while Brooks arrives late.

Brooks with a good header off a corner, blocked by his teammate, I think.

BVB misses a great chance, and Durm gets behind Brooks to receive a chip. He was offside, but not sure it was called. Bungled his attempted first time pass back across, cleared by Hertha.

Brooks doing well against PEA. Blocks a shot in the box. Winning high balls. Auba has been very quiet.

Brooks made Auba look quiet in the first half of the Hertha Dortmund game. For me he was the best defender on the pitch for either side.

Anybody else see that guy with the binoch's comb-over at halftime? That's the worst I've ever seen. It was like 2 strands draped across his forehead. You have to know when to let go and age gracefully, man.

Great finish by Aubameyang ties it up.

Brooks was close to him, had a hard time keeping up with the great ball movement in the box.

Auba 1-1 from Kagawa. It is remarkable to watch Kagawa's skills and realize that CP22 is preferred on most days.

Not much Brooks could do there, his fullback was nowhere to be found. Shiiiiiieeeeetttt, the midfield for Hertha is trying to give this game away on both ends.

That was a pretty goal. Auba with the back heel to start the play, then the presence of mind to get back into onside position before a decisive finish.

On PAE goal it looked like brooks might of slipped? But he was the closest defender.

Castro just blew by brooks for a shot that went wide.

Brooks cuts off a pass that would have put Aubameyang in on goal.

Good cut out by brooks there and absolutely necessary as PAE would've been in on goal alone

Didn't really blow by him. Brooks had already played a nice one time ball into the midfield, and had to react to a poor giveaway by the midfielder. Castro had a couple yard lead on him, too.

Brooks makes a last ditch header to stop a sure goal. Gets his head on the subsequent corner, as well.

Ginter is having a tough match. Just gave up a free kick at the edge of the box for a goal.

Do mean he start on his run? Because Castro was definitely not behind the line or offsides. Anyways, brooks has been pretty good and there wasn't much in it.

I'm just glad no one called me out on the wrong initials for PEA

What a free kick! And, again, Ginter gave away the foul that awarded Hertha that freekick. Why does this dude get to play?
