    Ben Jacobs @Bencjacobs

The House just went into recess as Democrats loudly chanted for a vote on the floor

That's the equivalent of the bully fleeing the schoolyard, with the kids that he had previously picked on him jeering him as he runs.

    1. Reporting is that DT told Ryan to pull the bill.
    2. Team Bannon (Breitbart, Drudge, Manhands Coulter) are lining up to take shots at Ryan.

I wonder if the GOPs are going to war with each other now. I mean, if they couldn't pass Obamacare repeal, what the ******** CAN they do?????

The White House will. I don't see the GOP Congress as needing to be at war. The Freedom Caucus and moderates can and have disagreed without blood warfare. And Ryan is a peacemaker. But the WH is filled with bullies, from Dear Leader on down. It's not happy unless it's pissing on somebody.

You'd have to be a special kind of stupid to believe that. I don't even think this board's Trump supporters will attempt that argument.

They absolutely will. They'll say because the Democrats refuse to fix ACA, they blocked any way of repealing the Disastrous Obamacare Law.

It shouldn't; especially how this bill has gone down, but I don't doubt that many people will go along with the President and blame the Dems..

And, yet, the GOP is the party in power. They control every single branch of government. If they wanted to fix something, they could.

Blaming Obama and the Dems is like blaming the previous owner of your used car for failing to provide for all the oil changes you neglected to do after you bought the car from him.

    Well, there's always an idiot.

But the GOP has undivided political control in DC. It's all on them. This isn't the Pottery Barn, you broke it, you bought it rule. This is you bought it and didn't fix it so it's your fault it's broke.

"No one ever went broke underestimating the stupidity of the American public."

Republicans will blame the Dems, people will buy into it, and continue voting Republican. Republicans will say "This was really just a first draft anyway. We're working to curate a better plan for you," and that will take the heat off for a little while until something else shiny distracts the public.
