I asked this a while back and the answer is "no". Either AndyMead or DCU said something about no money is sent FIFA's way by Coca Cola. The closest thing to "official" rankings are found on www.EuropeanWomensSoccer.com (they are on the left hand side). These rankings are compiled by DCUPopeLillyFan.
