    Guadalupe defeated Panama 2-1

I missed most of the game, but Panama did get a goal back halfway through the 2nd. G did very well defending the rest of the way, and had some good counter chances

Game got very chippy in the last 10.

    G has a decent team

As far as MExico and Nicuragua....

Mexico is better technically,...but is not finishing. N had a couple of good chances early...but is wasting the few they are getting now.

    36 minute

Nicu has had some horrible defensive shapes...should be down 2, 3.

    But no Score.

    Can't tell the crowd size

Mexico is hustling...fans should appreciate that

    Mex 1-0 on a PK

    Call looked questionable to me.

Edit: Hard to tell why he fell. Ref probably has the better view

52' Nicu not smart./.. has free kick from center circle... kicks it to striker surrounded by 5 mex defenders. Counter has chances

Nicu should be down 4-0. Just escaped a cross @ 65'

    Mexico unimpressive

Well, Nicu has a better defense than the NY red Bulls.

They give up a late one in 86'

    Final 2-0

How did Nicu qualify for this tourney???

The pk was a on a phantom foul. Replays shown towards the end of the 2nd half were conclusive.

the game was chippy from the beginning. both teams played body to body.
    - Panamanian defender, Armando Gun, made the dumbest stupidest error ever and giftwrapped the 1st goal (Gun shouldn't even be a starter, but don't let me get started on stemple's tactical decisions....)
    - and the 2nd goal, was a golazo, but due to gabriel gomez not coming back on defense...
    - other than that both teams played evenly, guadeloupe a little more organized, but both teams had the same amount of opportunities to score..

    Salu2!

Yeah! It's a good start for Guadeloupe. That's proove the Guadeloupe's performance in the Gold Cup 2007 wasn't an accident! I'm not saying that Guadeloupe will win this competition but i think this team will not stop to surprise people.

Hmmmm....
