    It was, I haven't checked the news to see if Juarez is indeed safer. Hope so.

    It's getting a bit better. 3 weeks ago I was able to visit for the first time in 4 years. Everything was still boarded up, but there seemed to be more people being out and about.

    Not a native Juarense, but I hope that it keeps improving.
