I understand that but why is it still a question? The picture of the jersey at the start of the thread is the authentic home jersey. The badge is pictured. Why is it still a question?

Don't go mad at me, first post here :D

HAve the away kit or any keeper kits been revealed yet?

I'm doing an option file for Winning Eleven with all the MLS teams in it. I just need to find out these.

    Can anybody help me?

Welcome. I haven't seen any keeper jerseys yet. I don't have a photo of the away jerseys but they look almost identical to what was show at the unveiling:

The major difference is that the away kit has white shorts, not blue ones as pictured. Not sure about the socks either. Probably white for the away kit.

All the shops at MLSnet have been down for a couple of days for inventory upgrade.. I wonder if the new kits will be there when it comes back?
    Maybe :)

Were these designs that were presented by the FO? I'm just curious where the pics came from?

Yes, this was a photo taken at the October unveiling of the team name. The board that they are holding in the photo was the artistic rendering of what the uniforms were to look like as of October. Since then some modifications have obviously been made. Apparently Ellinger wanted to go with an all white away kit while Pastorino wanted it with blue shorts. I guess Ellinger won. :)

On those renderings presented at the Team unveiling, the logo used was the one without the ReAL on the badge... but I do fear that what was shown previously by Aero (early in the thread) is truly the jersey look.

Yeah, including the badge. These appear to not have "Real" on them, either.

Yeah, I noticed that. Personally I wish they had stayed with the blue shorts for the away kit and the badge without "ReAL" on it. I think the white-on-white kits are too overused. The unis still look hot though. I think the RSL unis are some of the nicest in the league.

I exchanged a couple of emails with Chris Keeney at RSL HQ today about the badge and he told me nothing... basically that they are keeping it secret until the unveiling on March 12th. He also said that they were "done" for this year and that there wouldn't be any changes until next year from what they have done.

So... what Aero bought at The Soccer Connection in Ogden would be my guess for the new uniforms (and they just started selling them early by accident). Looks like we get the badge with "Real" on them...

When I bought the home jersey I was seriously tempted to buy the away one instead. I couldn't afford both and while the home jersey looks nice, I like the simple 'Salt Lake' across the front.

Don't like the badge. The badge initially marketed on the jerseys (and on the practice kits) were the best looking in MLS behind Chicago and DCU.

I do like the Salt Lake wordmark on the away jerseys though. And that is a Spanish flag on the sleeve. Why?

Yeah, but they were desperately hoping for this:

Let's not forget Checketts convincing the media in SLC that RM were somehow involved.
