Hey, does anyone know of any German soccer radio shows? Perhaps similar to World Soccer Daily here in the US, or "from the pitch", or something like that.

I'd love to find on online stream of a great german soccer radio show, discussing topics of German football.

I wonder if there is any way to listen to them in the USA...I understand German so the language is not an issue.

Speaking of which, are there any good German football podcasts...something similar to guardian.co.uk's Football Weekly, i.e. a bunch of Germans discussing football?

So are you looking for German or English language programs?

If you are looking for live game coverage I recommend bundesliga.de - their Ligaradio is pretty good imho. You need to register (for free), then click on the Liga-Radio button on the right-hand side.

How about a fan call-in show?

Maybe there are some but I don't really know.
You have to understand that the radio and tv landscape here in Germany is totally different to what you guys have in the states.

Other regional programs do the same every saturday from 15.00 to 18.00.
You just need to go to the websites of the stations.

There is a channel, someone posted the link in a German forum some weeks ago. I have not tested yet, but the program sounds interesting.

Here it is. The name is 90elf, a football radio channel. They have football shows and match commentation the entire week: http://www.90elf.de/

The weekend over you can listen to the match reports. Tuesday, wednesday and thursday from 8 PM till 11 PM CET they do a call in show with fans and experts from the BL. On Monday they discuss the results of all major European leagues 7 PM CET, and much more.

This night they repeat the Saturday matches, but currently they play music (Ärzte), because of the repeated half-time break. ;)
