seems like Klopp might have had interest in Christopher Schindler but didn't go after him as he's friends with Wagner and taking the player away would be a huge blow to Huddersfield.

glad to see your back, you've been gone for like 5 days. Enjoying your New Year Holiday, I see.;)

I prefer he goes to HSV, I have a soft spot for that team, all of it's rich legacy and the only German club to have never been relegated from 1BL. Sure they've been garbage in the last few years but it would be a shame if they go to 2BL. Schurrle could help that team more. West Ham on the other hand, who cares about their relegation battle.:D

    some Dortmund news

    seems like
    -Gotze, Durm are back
    -Castro's return seems imminent
-While Marco Reus is supposedly targeting a mid-Feb 2018 return. So in the middle of most reports that kept saying he'll be back in January while others said in March.

meanwhile 23 year old Oliver Steurer from Dortmund II seems to be moving to 2BL side,FC Heidenheim.

Robin Gosens started and played the full 90 in a Cup game vs Serie A leaders Napoli. And he got the game winning assist!!!

this win takes Gosens's Atalanta to the semi-final of the Coppa Italia where they will face off the winner of Juventus-Torino in a 2 game home and away series.

    Next step for Marco Reus
Seeing Marco Reus train with the team again was particularly pleasing for fans of Dortmund. He is still a long way away from making his comeback after tearing his ACL in the cup triumph at the end of May and the ensuing months spent in rehabilitation, but he has made a large step forward. "What I saw today made me really happy", said Stöger. "Marco still needs his time, but when you look at him, you'd be forgiven for thinking that he is already fully recovered because he is a great player."

    in other news.
-no wonder Geis has been benched in the last 2 games for Sevilla, there is a new coach, well he's better off they lost the last game 5-3. Maybe the loss will give him a chance.
-Ozil might still make a move in January out of Arsenal

finally seems like Khedira is done for. With Can seemingly headed to Juventus, Khedira seems to be considering either extending or MLS. Not the 1st time he's been linked with MLS. Either way like Gomez WC18 should be Khedira's last tournament.

-Marko Marin scored his 4th league goal of the season to climb higher on the scoring table, now only 4 off 1st place.
-Kroos with an assist as the game is now 2-1 for Real, nice move by Kroos.

The top 5 assist kings so far this season in the Bundesliga: Havertz, Kimmich, Didavi, Müller, and Max.

I guess as a Fwiw, but looks like Marin is playing the most consistent football right now in years. He has 3 goals and 3 assists in his last 7 Greek league matches for Olympiacos.

It'll be a competitive environment in Napoli. But a good step up and test for Younes, to see if he can make it at a higher level.

looks like Johannes Geis got his 1st start with the new coach and is now back in midfield over playing CB like he was with the last coach. Sevilla won 2-1 and advance to the QF of the Spanish Cup.
