Kicker reports that Thomas Tuchel is a candidate for the top club in the Chinese Super League, Guangzhou Evergrande. Could he join Roger Schmidt in earning that easy money in das Reich der Mitte? Felix Magath and Uli Stielike are other German coaches there right now. http://www.kicker.de/news/fussball/...93/artikel_tuchel-kandidat-bei-guangzhou.html
Haven't really felt like looking into articles, but next match again Köln will be pretty damn critical. Battle of the cellar dwellers, doesn't get any more important than that. IMO, that's going to be make or break.

Tuchel to Gladbach would actually be a pretty interesting storyline. He'll definitely be a nemesis to Dortmund, which is how he left the club feeling anyways. And it'll be a good coaching perspective for him to get back with, albeit in a more underdog type role.
Tuchel has rejected Leicester City and is not interested in being their next coach. http://www.sportbuzzer.de/artikel/no-thanks-thomas-tuchel-lehnt-trainer-job-bei-leicester-city-ab/
I also think that having worked so well with Favre & being the kind of guy he is, Eberl would be able to mesh with Tuchel a lot better than Watzke did so there could be some real staying power there that let Tuchel build on the possession foundation that Favre laid during his time with the club. Especially with all of the midfield talent that club has already in the side & breaking in. TT running a club with Kramer, Zakaria, Benes, Cuisance & Neuhaus? They'd just need to bring in Eggestein to finish his footballing eduction under Raffa & Lars, once he's done learning from Maxi up in the north ;-) Lars - Raffa Traore - Benes - Kramer - Hazard Zakaria Veste - Ginter - Elvedi Sommer with Eggestein, Villalba, Grifo, Neuhaus, Cuisance, Doucoure, Hanraths & Nicolas rotating in to keep everyone fresh
2 - 2 wins and 8-0 goals - only Udo Lattek (1970) had a better start in a tenure as Bayern manager (2 wins, 10-0 goals). Dream start. pic.twitter.com/ame15vVUbM— OptaFranz (@OptaFranz) October 18, 2017
Meet Norbert Elgert, the man who developed Mesut Ozil, Manuel Neuer, Sead Kolasinac and many more The coach had a vital role to play in Germany's 2014 World Cup win, and Kolasinac has been telling the Arsenal website all about his many, many qualities http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/norbert-elgert-coach-ozil-neuer-11361180
Markus Weinzierl is mentioned to be a candidate for Austria NT's head coaching job. http://www.90min.de/posts/5700792-n...ls-neuer-trainer-von-oesterreich-im-gespraech
Both were against regional rivals too, Dortmund and Leverkusen. You can't be getting owned by scores of 6-1 And 5-1 in such important matches.
Huddersfield now establishing themselves as a mid-table team (for now). His win also gives Man City a 5 pts lead over Man U. Seems like all 3 of the promoted teams are doing better than EPL ones.

Beating Koln was more important than getting drubbed by BVB, but this second half embarrassment against Leverkusen could well erase all of that. God damn do I hope they can woo Tuchel if they are ready to dump Hecking.
I've always been cautious about Hecking's credentials. He's accomplished some commendable achievements in the past with Wolfsburg such as winning the DFB Pokal vs Dortmund in 2014/15, winning the Super Cup vs Bayern in 2015/16, and making the Champions League quarter-finals that season. But then there's moment where he shows his tactical limitations. The ending portion of his tenure at Wolfsburg went downhill quick. And the lopsided defeats for Gladbach are a root for concern. Gladbach's objective this season should be aiming for a spot among the top section of the table to at least make Europa League.
That was also an important win for them over Ipswich, as it's considered the East Anglian Derby. Full-time: Town 0-1 City! 💛💚 #ncfcNine unbeaten. Five straight away wins. Oh, and we won the derby! Again. pic.twitter.com/UL9jx1EAcJ— Norwich City FC (@NorwichCityFC) October 22, 2017
Klopp's Liverpool were trashed today. Seems like their defense is a mess. At this rate Liverpool will struggle to make any Europe.
The lack of elite centerback and striker is exposing Liverpool. I have no idea why they didn't end up buying anyone in the summer. Matip and Lovren are not good enough if they have realistic aspirations to compete against the top in the league. In the attack they relied too much of their best offensive player, Sadio Mane but now he's out injured. They had strikers like Benteke who when in form is better than the subpar options they have now like Sturridge and Solanke. Can't believe Klopp wasn't able to utilize him in their system.
