I guess McKennie is going to be the guy in charge of marking the Man of the Hour, because Ream is going to be a third CB. Expect nothing generated on our left, Arriola is going to live on crumbs.
The craziest part of this is that, if as another poster posited, Egg has a % of MLS guys he needs to use, Ream doesn't even count! why the hell is he always starting!?

I saw a rumor on twitter from an American Outlaws member that Egg Head has a bonus in his contract if his rosters are at least 70% MLS players. And that person ran the numbers for every match this year and including this match it is 70% MLS for the year. I don't trust random fans on twitter but I'm not writing that off. Some of these inclusions suggest there's other shit at play behind the scenes.

they’re not playing because there’s a bias! Same with miazga not making the squad - it’s an obvious institutional decision that has existed since arena’s second term! Yueill isn’t any more of a regista than morales. Again, it’s a relative thing. Sargent as super sub only works if you’re not giving starter minutes to Zardes. Again, relative
Morales, Yedlin, and Sargent on the bench? Does Berhalter think he can leave Bundesliga and EPL starters on the bench because he is coaching France or Brazil? It makes no sense.
I have no words for this lineup. Morales' toughness was missed the last game (he still doesn't have the speed needed for a sole DM role). But Yeuill? I guess the only qualification is being able to hit a diagonal with no pressure. Ream is not horrid at CB but with Brooks, wow look out with the speed. Long better hope he doesn't have a boneheaded play like he likes to do. And Zardes, I mean he is bound to score off his back off a deflection from a defender this game, so there's that. I have honestly have no idea how this will actually lineup when we have the ball or without it. And in transition it might be the worst possible 11. Especially looking at the roster. So many other options made much more sense.
