A couple of takeaways a few days later: (1) Frustrating as the result was, seven points from three matches is a pretty good return. Let's see how long they can keep going. (2) The refereeing in the NASL really is astonishingly poor.

Random tidbit that has absolutely nothing to do with tonight's game... But man, does anybody else miss Mares? He's a pretty big part of an unstoppable Miami side right now. 5 goals and 3 assists through 14 games for them. Indy could use an upgrade in the midfield and Mares would be great to have right now.
