I was hoping for Juve x RM and Monaco x Atleti. Then we could see a Juve x Monaco final.

"David Luiz has matured a lot since that 7 x 1 game with Brazil. He has just gotten better and better."

English commentary from today's game. :ROFLMAO:

He has. This system helps but Marcus Rashford has given him the run around in 2 straight games vs him now.

probably the fastest player Luiz has come up against this season.

Probably as you said the system helps and not being exposed. It's amazing what good midfield can do to a defender. I truly doubt he is that different of a player.

BTW ... why are Costa and Hazard coming off the bench.

    benni... repped this.

Spurs completely dominated the 2nd half and the one half chance Chelsea get they take the lead again.

He is looking like a best. Hope he stays healthy. Recently saw a compilation of some of his plays at Liverpool and holy shit he has some nasty moves.

The El Clasico loss had me annoyed and then I read Tite will be at a Chelsea game soon to scout David Luiz which made my blood pressure rise.

This game has become so big globally, that Fox Sports in Brazil had PVC and company at the Bernabeu with Edmundo doing on the field reporting. They started transmitting about an hour before the game. I only remember that with Paulistao or Brasileirao finals back when the Estaduais were a big deal and the Brasileirao was mata-mata.

If Tite can resurrect Paulinho, David Luiz should be a piece of cake. :D

I'd honestly wouldn't have such a big problem with DL if he stopped his gung-ho style.

I know its petty especially since several players failed us that day but DL, to me at least, is synonymous with the 7-1. I just can't forget how uncontrolled he was and how he started playing dirty at the end. Then Dunga gave him several chances even as a starter and he continued to play like shit.

I don't care how well he does at Chelsea, I never want to see him wearing the Selecao shirt again. Give guys like Jemerson or Rodrigo Caio those chances. Younger and more reliable.

I think Conte has proven that in the right system David Luiz can look very good but honestly like I always said calling him up hurts nobody as he would be 4th choice. Gil is the current 4th choice and he hasn't even sniff the field yet.

Conte proves Luiz should only be deployed in a three CB system.. like he always should have.

He had good seasons in a 2 CB system to be fair but he is better in the 3 man.
