thanks for replying. how was his overall performance last year? since they wanted him so badly, just a bit confused as to how he's buried so low on depth now

"With just over five minutes to go Tim Ream almost made it six. McDonald’s right footed attempt was parried and placed in to the path of Ream who was unfortunate to not get himself on the score sheet as his headed attempt went over the cross bar to the relief of the Huddersfield fans." Only 5-0 - not 6-0 - what a relief, indeed! http://www.fulhamfc.com/first-team/2016_2017/league/home/huddersfield-town

Yes, and there are posters among us who constantly assert that this roller coaster is the ticket . . .
Our boy Tim gets the start in CD with Kalas against Reading. Fulham up 2-0 early in the 2nd half. Sigurdsson is out. Ream is the first option off the bench for Fulham at CD. Which honestly is a pretty good thing for Fulham given their defensive struggles last year.
Fulham wins 5-0. Danny Williams had a straight red card in the 54' when Reading was down 2-0. Ream goes 90. Edit: Pretty good win for Fulham. Reading sits in 3rd place--six points behind league leaders Newcastle, four points above the bottom of the playoff zone. Fulham sits in 10th, only two points away from the playoff zone. Fulham could have a real shot at promotion this year. They have the league's third best goal differential behind the two league leaders.
Started and was subbed out at 90' in a 4 - 4 draw at Wolves. Match report: http://www.fulhamfc.com/first-team/2016_2017/league/away/wolverhampton-wanderers
Numerous inquiries on Tim. He is settled at Fulham and no plan or desire to return to @MLS at this time. https://t.co/LRC49HYRuQ— CAA Stellar Soccer (@caastellarna) December 13, 2016
Hearing @timream5 is seriously looking to come back to @MLS interesting to see if @MNUFC uses allocation spot on him or trades that spot?!— Taylor Twellman (@TaylorTwellman) December 13, 2016
i gotta imagine he's making more at Fulham. He can't think he'd be pulling DP money or earning anywhere near 500 K but then again I believe Clarence Goodson came back and was making like 400 or 500 K. So there's that
Wow, rare you see such a quick response from agents via twitter. Is that for real? TBH he's in a good place at Fulham. He is the 2nd or 3rd depending on form CB (Kalas is deservedly the automatic starter. Guy should really be given a chance at Chelsea or sold). They are in contention for promotion. If they get promoted? I could see him sticking around if the manager likes him. He's probably only a rotation/backup player in the PL at this point unless he really impresses a manager and improves form. And there is nothing wrong with that.
Just spoke with Tim Ream's agent regarding a potential #MNUFC move. "Completely false, 100% fiction" that there were talks w/ United. #MLS— Jeff Rueter (@jeffrueter) December 16, 2016
Hmmm ... Whenever someone doubles down like that - Completely false + 100% fiction - when either one would be fully sufficient, it makes me wonder. In this case I wonder if Ream's agent floated a/the rumor himself, perhaps to test the (MLS) waters. Carry on ...
