Depends on whether we are playing him & Brandt as wingers or wingbacks. As wingbacks I want Sane on the left & Brandt on the right, as wingers I want them to be flipped so both can cut inside onto their stronger foot.

Sane came on in Extra Time to score in the penalty shootout which allowed Man City to go through the QF of the League Cup.

currently playing for Man City is almost like playing for Germany, scoring for fun. Not a bad substitute.

    Man City this season

    7 goals
    Aguero

    6 goals
    Sterling
    Jesus
    Sane

1 more goal from him and he could tie as joint scorer.

He's also only 2 goals behind Harry Kane at the top of the EPL scoring table!!!

    Pep praises Sane

Pep Guardiola hailed Leroy Sane as "a special talent" after he helped Manchester City to a 3-2 win at West Brom.

Guardiola says Sane still has lots of room for improvement but feels he is showing the way forward for all City's midfielders and wide players.

"He's a guy who has a special talent, who runs in behind," he told BBC Sport. "It's important for our midfield players to do that.

"He's still young, there are many, many things he can improve."

I find both him and Werner have flaws in their games but make up for it with their pace, positioning and finishing. Can't deny the numbers they put up.

Man City currently up 1-0 vs Arsenal.

Should have been a second goal for City as they had a clear 2-vs-1 attack but Sterling screwed up the cross and could not connect with Sane who was open on the other wing.

Chelsea's win over United today works more in the favor of City.

The gap between City and the two second place tied clubs, Spurs and United is now 8 points after 11 match days.

Rudiger subbed on in the second half around the 66th minute mark. He did alright and helped Chelsea comfortably complete the clean sheet win against United.

Seems like Conte wanted to change up their defensive line tactically for this match. David Luiz wasn't even in the active roster at all.
