I'm waiting for the post where someone explains to us how the Nacional goal was Freddy's fault

 

that counter attack goal was because adu lost a header which started it all. can't blame him though, freddy doesnt have height or hops.

 

He was on the field at the same time...nuff said.

If your team's success depends on Freddy winning a header, you have a problem.

 

It seemed like he had gotten over the "getting pushed off the ball" thing.

adu tries to take on two defenders and fails miserably.

 

Now that's a great acting job. Blatantly shove Fred off the ball, then take a dive, and somehow end up with a FK anyway...

 

Commentator just called out Freddy.

are you watching the game? do you understand Portuguese? the commentators are saying freddy is playing like shit too.

 

Freddy with the makings of a nice run, but looks like the ball gets away from him a bit and then a defender falls down, w/ the foul called on Freddy.

Later, a long free kick comically bounces off the keeper, Freddy tries to lob it back into a dangerous position, nothing comes of it.

I think freddy tried for a "sombrero" at midfield but it went way too far

 

I've got English commentary on bet365 (I think they block the streaming to the US). "Freddy Adu needs to do better" was the comment after he took on two defenders and got shoved off the ball. Can't really argue, either.
