That would be an advantage for the 2019 Chicago Fire.
When all the players are out there (Nikolic and Sapong up top, Gaitan, Katai, Frankowski, McCarty/Mihailovic in midfield), we have a damned talented squad, offensively.
Put them out there and let them play.

A coach who does not "care at all" would be better than Paunovic.
Paunovic cares, but he is just a terrible coach and seems to be terrible "managing" players.
