I’m not surprised about the call up list for the Belgium and Poland match. Since he called up mostly “A-level” players in the last two games of WCQs, it’s obvious that he is going to play the same collection of players as much as possible heading into the World Cup. Those who were called up are Osorio’s preferred players for his system and his ideal team. I don’t see that changing. Get used to seeing players like Gio, Jona, Vela, Aquino, Damm, Ayala, Gallardo, etc.

Meh, Germany pretty much gave us the ball, caught us on transitions, and still creamed us. Belgium tried doing the same and were moderately successful. It's just that De Bruyne wants to play more offensively and have the ball more because he'd rather not defend too much and create opportunities instead. So it's not that we were tactically better or that JCO is a god.

Fvck outa here with that logic. I like that we play high pressure, but the pattern remains the same. We either dont have the defense to do this or, like @Baysic says, the manager doesn't set up a system/formation in which the defense compliments itself.
