Ah yes, i probably should have explained that but the tone of the article might've become different. I will probably cover it next time on a more team-centric article, maybe when they allow us to report on the pool of players. But Coach Buda in her own words welcomed the break, i know she told me before that she wanted to focus more on training coaches and being an AFC coaching instructor. Plus i do know that she is kind of finishing her master's degree in something. Anyway she was already very busy even during training camp for the Asian Cup qualifiers that most of the time it was the assistant coach taking charge of practice. But don't worry, when she has time she attends team training and is available as consultant. They're a pretty tight knit group like they have a system/vision that is not too far off from each other or that it complements each other's styles. Should also note that Coach Let was the assistant coach of Coach Buda back in 2015, so they know each other's styles.
Yes As for upgrade, that is also an affirmative. Let Dimzon has a winner's mentality more than Buda Bautista based on coaching experience alone.
The GoalKeepers' bowling was hands down the funniest part. Hadn't you posted that same "monkey-in-the-middle" sequence in another video already?
That was the full raw video which is actually private/unlisted. I kind of uploaded that to share to only a few people, to my football friends and this board included The bits included on this new video have been edited with the best parts hehe.
Wanted to add that my favorite bit here is when the head coach is shooing them all to start cooling down after a tuneup game haha!
Hey Bliss! Here's proof that there's nothing to worry about with the former coach (the one that handled the team for Tajikistan). See here she's available as consultant to the team and works closely with the current head coach I took this photo just last week.
The #PWNT will have scrimmages against Nojima Stella (August 4), Yamanashi Gakuin (August 6) & JFA Academy U-18 (August 8). http://pff.org.ph/2017/08/01/philippines-womens-squad-for-japan-training-camp/
new article i wrote detailing the squad and a bit of how preparation has been http://tiebreakertimes.com/tbt/pwnft-heads-to-japan-for-final-sea-games-preparation/91890
This is actually the most English she has spoken in one go! I will consider putting in translations maybe in the future hehe.
PWNT lose to Nojima Stella 0-8 The #PWNT bowed to @nojimastella 0-8. Head's up ladies and keep fighting! Team lost again to 2nd Japanese team, but conceded fewer, so i'd take it as a bit of a moral victory The #PWNT lost their 2nd friendly but conceded only 3 to @ygu2014w_soccer. Wrote a really in-depth article on one of the PWNT strikers and most definitely a popular player in the community here: http://tiebreakertimes.com/tbt/the-last-flight-of-cam-rod/92388 Her last cap for the seniors was 6 years ago, but now she's back.
