Pretty reflective of the current state of affairs. It's high time Egypt was ranked #1 team in Africa. I don't recall the last time they were Africa's #1 as per FIFA's rankings - it's always been Cameroon or Les Elephants. Good to see Africa's WC reps occupy respectable positions in the World Rankings - all are ranked in and around the Top 30.
So it looks like Burkina Faso and Gabon will be new teams to look out for the 2014 World Cup, I'l like a few new teams.
