He was doing really well before his injury though .. it’s not the first time he’s showed his class ...
That could have been a witty comment had there not been for #118 Unlucky bud Why not try posting something relevant or remotely interesting rather than trying to appear clever ( and failing miserably ).
Manchester United have always been our victim lmfao. The worst L was handed to them by Romario and Stoichkov LOL. Ferguson kinda wanted Utd to play like us ever since then.

Honestly, I saw no improvement in his game. He scored a great goal but his general play was very poor. Mis-passes, slow in attack and slow in defence. When Suarez is having a bad game, which is very often these days, we can’t have Coutinho playing as the third forward as this basically means Messi is our only attack. We need Dembele in the starting spot, and I pray that Coutinho’s curler won’t convince EV to start him over Dembele.
What about that horrendous tackle on Suarez late on as he drove into the box ? He was taken out and grabbed the ball as he fell then the ref gave a handball against Suarez !!
Na he lost the ball once or twice but he looked very lively and great fast feet .. the interplay with Messi and Alba was very promising.. after his goal his confidence returned
That was truly bizarre, I think the refs were instructed to help ManU in both legs, which spells trouble in the rest of the tournament. ManU escaped a red and a penalty, and it seemed that the teams had completely different rules, like when pushing people off the ball. People aren't talking it much, but I think this was one of the most horribly biased ties I've seen. In the end the ref was like daring Barca players to take yellows from complaints.
.,. and yet their fans just complain that our players dive all the time I still don’t understand why Smalling wasn’t banned retrospectively for that assault on Messi in the home leg - he’d spent the previous days bragging how he was gonna ‘handle’ him easily ..
CL semi-final spot, good job. As for meeting (assumedly) Liverpool, it's going to be tricky obviously. At the moment, I kinda think there are three teams above the rest - us, City, Pool - and it's difficult to make significant differences between them. When they meet, it can turn out that on that day, one team clearly beats the other, but pre-match odds when those meet, I'd see them about equals. So could go either way.
Liverpool are unfortunately built to beat us. They are able to press like ManU did for parts of the first game and the first 10 mins yesterday but with more effectiveness AND better end result up top. Perhaps at least Salah and Firmino are not speed players, but they are smart. If we don't have outlet passes well thought out, we will suffer big time. Like to see who those long balls out the back work out for Suarez with Van Dijk on his back.
Fred got really lucky. On the zoomed in shot, Fred gets the ball just before he nails Raki's ankle. Brych was right to give the penalty initially because it was so quick, and of course right to overturn. Good officiaiting all-around, and this is why we have VAR.
Liverpool are not quite as ruthless as last season, but certainly have it in them. Salah and Mane will be huge concerns. Semedo will be a key player against Mane's speed. What you can't allow against Liverpool is for Robertson and Alexander-Arnold to arrive on the overlaps. You are toast if that happens as that means Mane and Salah are in the box.
I get why people see it like that, but I think that sort of thinking overestimates them. Yes they can press, are smart, effective and so on. I did rank them in top three in the world, equal to City and us. You'd expect CL semifinalists to be good. But are we to think we don't have strengths, Pool having no weaknesses? I don't know. 50-50 sounds fair to me.
