I didn't realize you could release someone this close to the season. Seems a pretty shitty thing to do
I guess before the season actually starts, players can be released, but I'm no expert on the CBA. And you are right, a shitty thing to do.
So have half the goalies in the league played second fiddle to Rimando at some point or other? #ATLUTD acquire GK @kylereynish in trade from New York Red Bulls📝: https://t.co/j1sMRwF07s pic.twitter.com/sTo5UnJFRY— Atlanta United FC (@ATLUTD) March 1, 2017
Well, this makes 4 keepers on Atlanta's current roster: Alec Kann, Alex Kapp, Alexander Tambakis, and now Reynish. They've also got Guzan coming in the summer. That's a goalkeeper heavy squad. Philly has got to be jealous right about now.
Collen Warner at the receiving end of this season's first yellow...from Diego Chara. Big shock on that one. 837867347872481280 is not a valid tweet id
For the life of me I don't know why someone doesn't church ball Chara for all the crappy tackles he puts in.
Will Johnson starts for Orlando - at right back. Donny Toia is at left back, and Josh Saunders is on the bench.
Orlando looked absolutely awful, NYCFC just could not find the back of the net, Bendick made a ton of great saves to win them the game.
Coach Schuler, what was it like playing in MLS? Well, the couple games a season I played were great? Hopefully not the end of Chris's career but I think we can see it from here. Sad.
He was in the 18 but did not play in the midweek CCL game, and is not in the 18 for the game at New England.
It will be interesting when the salary data comes out to see what they are paying him to ride the bench.
Well, well, well....guess Florida isn't a bad place to jog around a lot and watch the ball. http://www.mlssoccer.com/post/2017/03/27/report-luis-gil-headed-back-mls-reunite-jason-kreis-orlando
