Harry Shipp with another goal and assist in 60 minutes of work against LA Galaxy. i took my grandson to his first pro soccer game to see the Sounders defeat NYCFC and even though he came to see Clint Dempsey, he left with a new favorite player in "the guy from grandpa's home town". So sad not to see him in Fire red...

    Good for him.
Probably my third favorite Fire goalkeeper, behind Zach Thornton and Sean Johnson.

    No. none at all.

Other than he set a bar that (hopefully) no other goalkeeper, no matter how shitty, will ever be able to reach.

A career Goals Against Average of 12, with 4 saves.

The beauty of the archive on MLS' website:

    MLS Regular Season - Goalkeeper
    Year
GP GS MIN SHT SVS GA GAA W L D SO
    2003 1 0 45 10 4 6 12.00 0 1 0 0
    TOTAL 1 0 45 10 4 6 12.00 0 1 0 0
    https://www.mlssoccer.com/players/curtis-spiteri

That is much higher than Mike Magee's goals against average.
He finished his illustrious career in goal with a 0 GAA and 3 saves to his credit in 47 minutes in goal, including stop Steven 'the asshole' Lenhart dead in his tracks, earning save of the week.

David Accam's only goal this season has come against the Fire.
He has only started 2 games since May.
    What is wrong with him?

How much will Philadelphia give us to take him back?

He was just named worst Philly acquisition of all time.

IMO, he wants out of MLS because they screwed him.

Well, at least he has a decent chance to reach the playoffs.
It would be a good move for DC United and a very good move for Ellis.

Ives is obsessed with Juan Carlos Osorio , he's been railing US soccer and Stewart all week for not interviewing him and letting him go to Paraguay .
While I think JCO is a decent coach , I just don't see him as they guy for the US job. Ives is stalker level insane.

They're friends. Ives has always been Osorio's mouthpiece. He even broke the news that Osorio wasn't renewing with Mexico.

Did he break the news to the public, or did Osorio's wife tell Ives that Osorio was not staying?
    Maybe his mistress said it.

    These things are complicated.

Watching the USA tie Peru tonight and Josh Wolff is on the bench as an assistant to Dave Sarachan. And Ian Darke and Taylor Twellman pointed out the last time an active MLS assistant coach was on the USA bench it was C.J. Brown.

Jeez Louise! And then they show possible USA Nats coaches and at the top of the list is one Jesse Marsch. WTF? All these ex-Fire players are coaching all over the place and we don't have one?

    When will this nightmare end?
