Bundesliga delivering excitement all the way to the end. Second best league in the world, behind English Championship of course.
Finally that season is over. couple of thoughts. 1) Imagine thinking Kane and Vardy are overrated. 2) World Cup is gonna be great..
Why? Third straight previous EPL champ to finish out of the top 4 but still in the FA Cup final. Today was a shitty game, the season was a rollercoaster, but 5th isn’t relegated.
Congrats to Frankfurt, for beating Bayern in the German Cup final 1:3. Bayern's women also lost--to Wolfsburg in OT 3:2.
Tyler Adams to Red Bull Leipzig looks all but done, probably in the winter but maybe as soon as summer. Decent replacement for Keita. Not as good offensively as Keita, but similar energy and mobility, with plenty of potential.
I I wish RB was not such a "plastic" team, but when a stadium is built like the one in Leipzig, it's a vacuum waiting to be filled. Red Bull gives them the funding to run a competitive team in the former DDR. A stadium like that gives the fans somewhere decent to go.

Wow, huge kudos to Italy on this one! ITALY APPROVES BLANKET BAN ON GAMBLING ADS https://www.soccerex.com/insight/articles/2018/italy-approves-blanket-ban-on-gambling-ads I'd love to see that mirrored around the footballing world.
Will be interesting when they play a team from a country that allows it. Might this also run afoul of the FIFA politics rule? Yeah, I know that tends to be equivalent to Calvin Ball, but one wonders.
I can agree with this, though it isn't strictly a gambling industry issues. There are plenty of bad sponsor logos to go around.
