He’s been around for ages. He used to follow me on twitter. Started at Arsenal, then went to Ajax academy. Has had a good few years at Trencin and played some European qualifying games. Another one who’s had an alternative pathway.
Ok, can’t say I’m shocked by this for some reason. Did he go AWOL or something, translated a tweet and got that impression. Sounded like Wolfsburg were pretty pissed.
Missed this one: Another player who has moved to the Czech Republic is Rolando Aarons. The Newcastle winger has joine Slovan Liberec on loan having played for Hellas Verona last season #englishabroad pic.twitter.com/jLsVfjaxO2— English Players Abroad (@EnglishAbroad1) September 7, 2018
Two goals so far tonight for @Ryan_Seager, his first league goals since joining Dutch side Telstar on loan👏🏼 #englishabroad #saintsfc https://t.co/Sfv42T8Wse— English Players Abroad (@EnglishAbroad1) September 7, 2018
Not sure if this is fact or not but 👏 Charlton's "wonderkid" Jeremy Sarmiento who has represented England's U17's has just signed for Benfica!Apparently, Man City were after him around a year ago!#MCFC pic.twitter.com/zspug6B0zF— The Sportsman (@TheSportsman) September 10, 2018
Confirmed. Theres a pic of him in his Benfica shirt https://www.google.com/amp/www.mais...ica-internacional-sub-16-de-inglaterra-na-luz
Are people confident he'll continue with England? The pull of Ecuador for him must be strong and Spain are attractive too.
I doubt he wants to play for Ecuador. He'll be with us through the U17 cycle at least. It's similar to Poveda, it's not appealing to fly across the world to play with stranger in a country with less resources. When instead, he can play with all his mates and have the best facilities there are. Being in Portugal will probably only make him relish coming back for Internationals even more.
Ultimately the deciding factor will probably be his career trajectory as it so often is. I would worry more about Spain than Ecuador.
Article in the London Evening Standard reporting that a couple of clubs from the Bundesliga and Serie A are monitoring Vontae Daley-Campbell.
Random out of nowhere, just discovered two ex-Arsenal kids at Dordrecht. https://www.fcdordrecht.nl/speler/brandon-ormonde-ottewill/ https://www.fcdordrecht.nl/speler/renny-smith/

Collinge may have left Stuttgart this summer, but it's tough to get any confirmation on it.
It looks like Danny Collinge has moved up to Stuttgart's second side from the under 19's from what I can see on the internet.
Edwards vs Willem II - https://streamable.com/ukcgh Much more involved 2nd half after a fairly quiet first 45. Unsurprisingly was the most fouled player and completed the most dribbles but was also joint best for tackles(6) so showed a good willingness to work off the ball too. Played the full 90 as well which is a positive sign.
Edwards v Cowley. Who would ever have thought the two main creative forces in a Dutch league match would be young English players? Some decent highlights from both in here:
