Sturridge needs to start hitting the target.

I always hope that we can have a run of games where we have a comfortable victories rather than having to retrieve the game and scrape through.

England are massively better than Wales but as ever followed the script of making it hard for ourselves rather than just comfortably winning.

I have to say that I'm really disappointed with the way Wales played. They were dreadful from the jump. I understand the "game plan", but even when they managed possession, they were imprecise and poor in quality. They have more talent than they showed and considering their final match, could afford to 'play' a bit more.

Well I am not sure how we did it there, but we did it! The added pressure looks like it is being taken off Hodgson to be given to Sterling after that diabolical performance from him! Scrappy goals they were, but it was great passing from us to get the second goal and win the match! God save the queen!

If Roy is gonna let Rose & Walker carry the build up, why not just switch to 3-5-2 and play them as wingers? Get 2 actual strikers on and tactical remove Sterling from the equation.

they were a team defending a 3 point lead, truthly if they had played open football it would have ended 4-2 england or something similar, but you are right they probably could have pushed a man or 2 abit higher at times

4-3-1-2 is my favoured formation for England. We have capable attacking midfielders and strikers who can either start or come on as super sub players. However, we have an issue with our wingers, so we have Rose and Walker who can act as our wingers with their pace sometimes while Eric Dier helps in defence and acts as our 4th man back. This is my idea, but a 3-5-2 is a good idea as well, I mean Stones is a capable enough CB and Rose and Walker can play on the wing for sure, I mean we saw them today on the wing and they were good.

    Fair comment.

They're at the golf course, but yes a little more crazy is always good in football....

It was a strange game, Kyle Walker was England's best attacking threat in my opinion which is just weird. England won and the manner should excite the fans, even if the performance wasn't ideal.
