James Maddison went down injured on his probably last game for Norwich in the 12th minute. Hopefully not something serious to jeopardize his big move to the PL in the summer.
Unfortunately it doesn't look good for Maddison - in the worst possible time: http://www.edp24.co.uk/sport/norwic...nship-defeat-at-sheffield-wednesday-1-5507001

Maddison injury is not as serious as feared: https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/44053466 Still, he will miss eight weeks, but hopefully he will be snapped up by a Premier League club in the summer.
http://www.skysports.com/football/n...-eyes-premier-league-return-after-celtic-loan It seems like Roberts still has some ambitions fortunately.
Rossiter scored a goal on his first start since September today. Hopefully he can stay fit and hit the ground running under Gerrard.
Is this Patrick Roberts to Leicester deal still on? I haven't read about it in any of those Mahrez to City articles.
£40m is roughly what they need to meet FFP regulations, more likely they'd get around half that with a load of add ons.
Ezri Konsa signs for Brentford - a really good move for both parties Dean Henderson signing a new deal with Man Utd - not such a good move in my view.

Sheffield United have completed the signing of Dean Henderson on a season-long loan from Manchester United. This should be good for him.
Should be basically a nailed on starter there for the whole season bar injury or a disastrous run of form - good move
Leicester set to insist on straight cash with Man City for Mahrez as snapping up James Maddison. City starlet Patrick Roberts,21, was being mooted as a possible make-weight in the Mahrez deal. But those plans set to be ditched with Maddison joining. https://t.co/zyHuOrAzGk— James Nursey (@JamesNursey) June 19, 2018 Don't really get this one. Did they have them down for the same position?
Makes sense to me, if Roberts was valued highly then they could be chucking £40m at two young attackers who would need to play and fitting both in the team might not be easy. Better for Roberts to go elsewhere now Leicester have Maddison
Sure, but how were they in competition for one spot? Roberts is clearly at his best on the right. Maddison's clearly at his best in the middle. If Mahrez goes, then they don't really have anyone who's equally good on the right and in the middle, so it's not like they can just shift someone over.
Albrighton or Gray can play wide right. Also , it wouldn't surprise me if Puel switched to 3 centre backs with Chilwell and the new Portuguese guy as the wing backs. That would leave Vardy up front with Iheanacho playing behind him. Ndidi, Maddison and one other in midfield. Wide players and midfielders is something Leicester have plenty of. The cash is more useful than Roberts right now. Especially as Man City want a buy back clause.
