53 million... Now he'll definitely start over Clyne because of his ego. Most expensive defence of all time:RB - Kyle Walker (England)LB - Luke Shaw (England)CB - John Stones (England)CB - David Luiz (Brazil)— Daniel Storey (@danielstorey85) July 13, 2017 Hector Bellerin and Rob Holding: £1.5MKyle Walker and John Stones: £105MI know which one I would prefer.— P™ (@SemperFiArsenal) July 13, 2017 https://www.theguardian.com/football/2017/jul/13/manchester-city-kyle-walker-tottenham
Typical use of false equivalence to get some retweets on twitter with that last tweet above. A better comparison would be to use the prices it cost for Stones and Walker to move to their first PL clubs like the Holding and Bellerin cases but that wouldn't create that many retweets.
That's your answer to everything. Are you one of those rancid, hate-filled twitter trolls we keep hearing about?
Hahaha is this really him? How do you know? If it is he needs to leave he site Always knew he was an old racist but anti gay as well? Scumbag
Well, you be the judge. -Like "Wally Toynbee" on YouTube, The Guardian has a deep love of Richard Littlejohn - "Britain's finest columnist" (search this forum for numerous other examples). -The Guardian also has a deep love of Scott Walker (again, search this forum for numerous other examples). "Wally Toynbee" on YouTube has commented again and again on Scott Walker videos. -The Guardian by his own admission comments on Daily Mail articles under the name "Wally Toynbee". If you can't be bothered to find his comment on the article, here's Barry laughing at his username. -An old Digital Spy poster by the name of "Guardianista" was, just like "Wally Toynbee" on YouTube, obsessed with the Littlejohn/Hari spat, calling him "Dirty Hari" repeatedly just as "Wally Toynbee" on Youtube did. As if the mannerisms aren't recognisable enough, here is Guardianista identifying himself as the author of another Daily Mail comment made under the name "Wally Toynbee", and here he is confirming that he used to post on another forum as "The Guardian". Oh, and here he is banging on about Littlejohn's inauguration into the Press Hall of Fame, just like our beloved The Guardian. So I would have said that it's an extremely safe bet that The Guardian, Guardianista, "Wally Toynbee" on the Daily Mail, and "Wally Toynbee" on Youtube are one and the same person, and that The Guardian posted that weird little volley of homophobic abuse and many other bits of naked bigotry (examples 1, 2, 3). I won't post any more on this subject, but if he's going to act all high and mighty about "trolls" and "ordinary, decent people" then you may as well all know that he's actually a very nasty piece of work, and not just the egotistical but essentially harmless crank that he represents on these forums. Amazing what you can find with a quick bit of Googling, isn't it?
Is that the best you can come up with after all these years of quality posting? LOL I've just seen some of the comments by his supporters on there. Check em out!. What's homophobic about it? I love the gays. Take David Starkey and Milo Yiannopoulos. I'm with them in their brave fight against the homophobes who want them banned. We must stand firm in our support of them. But the despicable Hari, disgraced plagiarist and shameful sock puppet that he is, is another matter. He brought shame on the journalism profession and probably played a part in The Independent going under. Is he still holed up in America hoping few people know what he is?
Well said... if an honest, decent, upstanding, (not like that!), Englishman can't have a pop at the poofters and nancy-boys, where are we?! It's political correctness gone mad, I tells yer!
Guardians always been the biggest ******** around here. An absolute tool with 0 footballing intelligence.
You misread my post. I'm supporting them and their fine work. Douglas Murray is another. They should be celebrated.
Yes, I've just been skimming through Guardianista's back catalog, reminiscing. Some top quality threads there, fulfilling my remit to educate, inform and entertain. A bit like the BBC.
