Yeah, we're gonna have to up it 2nd half to get anything from this. I feel like a couple of our senior players were coasting a bit through that half (ahem, Kolarov). Pacing themselves perhaps. Of course, Fazio is generally poor when our backline is put under that kinda pressure. Fcuk BM though, if they're gonna beat us they better do it soundly. Both their goals in either leg wouldnt have happened with VAR in play.
Fazio and Smalling completely let him between them free. Overall, result is underserved, but it happens. Good performance overall.
