First one had a bounce to it. Hit the turf, up and then down. Second one was technically supposed to be a penalty. Rest of the D thought Shaarawy was offsides. Sleeping. Not to mention Garcia's bumble on the first one.

Question now is...who is coming out for the second half? Will Negredo replace Dzeko? Nasri for Jovetic? Dzeko is in good goal scoring form so I don't see why he'd get taken off, but Pellegrini repeatedly said he wants to give all his players equal time to prepare for the season.
Garcia isn't bad but you can tell he's uncomfortable. Plus it's not like he's had a lot of time playing next to Lescott like that. They are holding the line so-so. I think Pellegrini put in Garcia because he's a bit taller and a bit faster to deal with Shaarawy.
Honestly, I still hope a top team bids for Dzeko. Still don't trust MP about Dzeko being his first choice. He might decide to play with Jovetic and Aguero in the same line up.
Both of them are pretty below average players. Lescott can only do things in the air. He lacks pace and intelligence. Garcia similarly. I wouldn't worry too much about this game as Kompany and Nastasic in there would probably not allow more than 1 goal.
I don't think he's fully fit and healthy. I predict Dzeko gets replaced by Negredo around 70th minute or something like that. EDIT: LOL nvm, Negredo is up there already with Dzeko.
Don't think he's fit enough to play full 90. He didn't start pre-season training with Fiorentina and he wasn't with City up until recently.
