Bergkamp and Jonk are still officially unemployed but are very busy right now reorganizing the youth department. Jan Olde Riekerink has been bought off. The youth will no longer be trained in judo and gymnastics. And several youth trainers have already been relocated.

Overmars wants to be involved with the Ajax organization. He just prefers a different role than AD.

I don't think that's a problem, not as much as when he was a player. He can drive anywhere, doesn't matter if he arrives dead tired.
