    Dempsey's header just inches wide.

I was actually underselling the Fulham back line. Easily one of the top 6-8 in the league.

On the replay it looked like EJ just let Salcido's cross go right past him. The guy is such a baffling combination of strength, speed and timidity.

I have a feeling EJ may have had one of his last chances in this game.

he is not very fast on a soccer field. There is fast running and then there is soccer fast. I think Eddie's lack of confidence with the ball makes him play slower than you would expect from his foot speed.

Workman like effort from EJ. Nothing spectacular but decent shift IMO.

    Hopefully Dempsey can grab another.

Clint must've taken a helluva hit to the side of his head. It's like a baseball hanging off his face.

Excellent long range effort by Davies, knocked wide by Green

I can see why you might say that, although EJ became more inclined to use his speed later in the game. He just seems generally to hesitate (which I know is not an original observation on my part). It really mutes the impact he could have on the game.

I agree- it is that hesitation that hurts, whatever the cause

This pretty much sums up EJ's afternoon.

Dempsey plays Kamara through, and he fires over the goal. Great chance wasted

What a touch by Dempsey to set up Kamara. Shot well above the crossbar.

I have a feeling, if Dembele's not healthy by the next game, he'll get another start, Kamara has been INVINCIBLE.

Kamara misses a great chance to make it 2-1. Great through ball by Dempsey.
