The young earth guys are absolutely worth talking to. You just have to speak to their values rather than their beliefs.
The big problem was that Obama did not many "prime time" news conferences. I personally feel that was the biggest failure of the Obama Administration. He really needed be in prime time, at least once a quarter, explaining what was going on, the current legislation and the big news of the time.
Supposedly Bill Clinton was a draft dodger too.... @ceezmad I'll PM you with my translating services bill. Estos gringos no entienden ni mierda de lo que dices ultimamente.
Can't believe we're relitigating this shit. IIRC, there was one year where you could accurately say he dodged the draft. He was in it the next year and got a good number.
If you're an op/ed writer facing a deadline, it's never not a good idea to relitigate the Clintons one. More. Time.
I don't think YRC; unless you regard successfully playing the deferment game as "draft dodging." In which case more pols that age dodged than not (and so did I.)
We don't have to, we can relitigate the fact checkers. What Clinton (and Trump) did was legal, they used their influence like many other people did to avoid Vietnam. One lied about his medical exams, the other found loopholes. What can I say, 2 men that love to sexually harras women, but did not want to fight in Vietnam. https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/clinton-draft-pardon/
Draft dodging is when you do something illegal? Because then I am wrong to call Clinton a dodger, he gamed the system but did not break a law it seems. Liying on your medical that is illigal correct? So dodger would apply to Trump.
