Okay... so, when exactly will things start to rev up on Saturday? I'm thinking I'll arrive between 3:00 and 4:00 PM, but I could be there even earlier, if anyone needs help with anything (HK?). I will bring either Puerco Pibil and rice (if my tight budget will allow) or "Drunk in a Burning Briar Patch" (my BBQ/Burger/Mac&Cheese/alcohol casserole kind of thing, if I have to go cheap). I might also bring some kind of desert. I probably cannot manage much more than that, but somebody sound off on how we're set for flat wear, plates, cups, charcoal, etc.
I think Oscar is making a Costo run for those things so we should be good for this tailgate. BUT HK needs ICE! Ice first goes to HK to keep the meat cool until cooking then it goes to kegs and the drink tubs. Unless you want warm beer and sodas, please bring ice! (Not you specifically Rob as this is a note to all Barra. )
