In June 2009, the full national team played their only match to date against a Ziguinchor Select in Senegal, and won 6-0. This was in preparation for a proposed WAFU Championship which never materialised. I think we will see Gambia participating soon - they certainly seem to have a good future.
Central African Republic can be added to the list who HAVE NOT played. The one match they supposedly played (in the 2006 African Championship qualification) appears not to have taken place. In fact, it appears that the whole preliminary round of the 2006 African Championship did not actually take place. Media around the time has no mention of any of the matches, and the official entry deadline for the competition wasn't passed until the preliminary round was supposedly well underway. https://www.bigsoccer.com/forum/showthread.php?t=321557 Toad455, it seems whoever was providing you with results for this tournament was having a joke. During the tournament, you've posted false results (Kenya 8-0 Djibouti instead of 7-0, Kenya 2-4 Cameroon instead of 0-5). I'm not sure if the same person provided you with these results. That makes something like 24 matches now that have been sent to Toad8098 of RSSSF (a different Toad?), subsequently made their way onto RSSSF.com and have then made their way into FIFA's database (and thus affect the present rankings) despite not actually having taken place (around 0.3% of the total matches in the database). This on top of an entire European tournament involving teams such as Andorra and San Marino which also never took place (but this time did not make it into FIFA's database), and various youth international matches that were also fake (over 150 matches in total). Somebody somewhere clearly wanted to make people believe these fake matches took place. No idea why, but it's a bit strange.
And it seems Gambia will become the next new team to play an official international match. Gambia v Senegal in 2 friendly matches (11th or 12th April and 14th April) in Gambia.

Looks like Gambia didn't agree to play. http://thepoint.gm/africa/gambia/article/senegal-lionesses-want-gambia-friendly
Mauritius will play their first ever women's international on 3rd June away to their island neighbours, Réunion.
Women's Football is being talked about as a possible new discipline at the 2015 Indian Ocean Island Games. We could see Madagascar and Seychelles making their debuts then (or perhaps before). In 2001-2002, there was talk of a Rwanda national team having been set up to play friendly matches v Burundi and Uganda (4 matches in total). I found one of these matches, but it is reported as "Urumuri" or "Urumuli" against Uganda. Now, this is now a club team in Rwanda (I believe), but I'm not sure if in 2001 it was a club team. There are other indications it was the name of the programme set up to start women's football in Rwanda, in which case it may have been a real national team. Rwanda (Urumuri/Urumuli) lost to Uganda 0-5 in Kigali in July 2001.
Gambia might play their first match soon. After previously pulling out of a proposed match v Senegal at home, Gambia have now been invited to Dakar for 2 friendly matches between 3rd and 11th September to prepare them for their first appearance at the African Championship finals.
Andorra played three matches in July: Andorra 2-0 Algarve (Portugal) Andorra 0-4 Luxembourg Gibraltar 0-1 Andorra Macau playing first international on July 22 against Guam
Andorra participated in the UEFA women's development tournament. The tournament consisted of 4 teams: Andorra, Luxembourg, Algarve FA & Gibraltar(UEFA member only). Only scores I've found from the tournament: July 1 Andorra 1 - Gibraltar 0 Algarve 3 - Luxembourg 0 July 2 Luxembourg 4 - Andorra 0 July 4 Andorra 2 - Algarve 0
Madagascar can now be scratched off this list as they played their first match on Feb. 22 vs. Botswana as a qualifier for the All-Africa Games. Libya is scheduled to play Gabon in the CAF Olympic qualifiers this April, but recently withdrew from the All-Africa games qualifier. Macau also played it's first international match back on July 22, 2014 in a 11-0 lose to Guam.
Update(2/26/15): UEFA (2) Liechtenstein - no national team San Marino - has a national team, but has only played against Italian club teams CAF (10) Burundi - has played against Rwanda (and possibly Uganda) in the past, but the results of these matches are not known. May host the 2013 CECAFA Championship (if it doesn't get cancelled like every previous edition). Cape Verde - no national team Chad - national team to be formed in June. Gambia - youth team qualified for 2012 U-17 WWC, but national team has yet to play an international match. Libya - scheduled to play it's first match in April. Mauritania - no national team, but girls football is played in schools Seychelles - has a youth national team, and has had a national team in the past, playing against a visiting Swedish club Somalia - no national team South Sudan - no national team Sudan - no national team AFC (9) Brunei - no national team Cambodia - has a youth national team Mongolia - no national team Oman - no national team, but club teams from Oman have competed at tournaments in the past, and they may field a national team in the GCC Games next spring Saudi Arabia - no national team Tajikistan - has a national team, but has only played against Central Asian club teams Timor-Leste - has a youth national team Turkmenistan - has a national team, but has only played against Central Asian club teams Yemen - no national team CONCACAF (3) Montserrat - no national team Saint Martin - no national team, but there is a women's football committee and youth football is played Sint Maarten - no national team, but has national youth team (they played a tournament in 2008 (first ever in Sint Maarten) against Saint Barthélemy and Saba - Results were not too good - Saint Barthélemy 1-0 Saba, Sint Maarten 0-0 Saba, Sint Maarten 0-1 Saint Barthélemy) OFC (2) Niue - no national team Tuvalu - no national team, but they do have a women's league
Seychelles played two "unofficial" friendlies in South Africa : 5. July Mozambique 7-3 Seychelles 8. July Swaziland 6-1 Seychelles First official match in Indian Ocean Island Games today : Seychelles 4-1 Maldives http://maldivesoccer.com/s/Seychelles-beat-Maldives--5870
how are they unofficial?? I noticed none of these matches(or any from the Indian Ocean Island Games) are listed in FIFA's fixtures/results page.
Libya is now officially off this list after playing their first leg in the CAF qualifiers on March 6. It was a 8-0 to Egypt.
Update: UEFA (2) Liechtenstein San Marino CAF (8) Burundi Cape Verde Chad Gambia Mauritania Somalia South Sudan Sudan AFC (9) Brunei Cambodia Mongolia Oman Saudi Arabia Tajikistan Timor-Leste Turkmenistan Yemen CONCACAF (4) Bonaire Montserrat Saint Martin Sint Maarten OFC (2) Niue Tuvalu
About San Marino, their current representative team (that's not a real NT, since are playing a few italian girls too) just won Serie C (III Division) regional championship, and next season will play for the first time ever in Serie B (II Division). This could speed up the creation of a real NT competing in international tournaments, as officially planned by the local soccer federation for the years to come.
