Apparently he ALWAYS wins the league in his second season .... Looking forward to seeing the complete squads of Manu , Liverpool, ManCity , Chelski , and even Everton and West Ham . Arsenal and Spurs aren't doing much in the market ..
Jose Mourinho speaks on a wide range of topics. www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/man-utd-transfer-news-mourinho-13385515
José Mourinho: Manchester United are not at Real Madrid or Barcelona’s level https://www.theguardian.com/footbal...united?CMP=Share_AndroidApp_Copy_to_clipboard
All the focus on Mou vs Pep but is clear which manager Mou doesn't like; Conte ‘We know it will be difficult next season. We want to try to avoid a Mourinho season. Two years ago the team ended the league in 10th place and we want to try to avoid this.’ Mou (when asked about this comment) ‘I could answer in many different ways but I’m not willing to lose my hair to speak about Antonio Conte.’
Mourinho seems to be building a cup team. If he gets Perisic, he will have have all the raw materials to replicate his approach with Inter 08-10.
This is why we all love Jose! This video is class by @topeleven! 🔴https://t.co/sTyqF7hyzx— ManUtdMindset (@ManUtdMindset) August 1, 2017

José Mourinho: Manchester United have ‘a giant on our chest’ https://www.theguardian.com/football/2017/aug/09/jose-mourinho-manchester-united-giant-on-chest
Wonder what's gonna happen with Ibrahimovic !? I've seen rumours that Newcastle are sniffing as they want an inspirational figure head type player ... Hopefully he will re- sign with United though.
United will go for it in all competitions, according to Jose. www.espnfc.com/manchester-united/story/3178503/jose-mourinho-says-man-united-will-go-for-it-in-all-competitions-this-season
Some players take longer to get acclimated to a new league/environment. He's still just 22, time is on his side and there are alternatives Jose can turn to in the meantime. If Lindelof was 28-30, and there weren't 3 (4 even once Rojo returns) other 2nd CBs to call upon, then there would be cause to worry. And not sure about loaning him out either: don't think we're there yet, even when Rojo returns. His time will come at some point during the season and hopefully, he'll start working his way back. We just saw last season with Miki how it can take some time for players to find their bearings. Lindelof is no exception here...
I hope not. He needs to be here. A few games off the bench, a cup run out or five. He needs to know the pressure of playing for this team in front our fans and hostile fans. He also needs to play for a team that will dominate the ball.
Didn't Vidic and Evra have notably slow starts to their United careers too? Not to say he's nearly on the same level... but nothing wrong with keeping him around to teach him the United way.
Vidic took a few games, but showed signs early on. Lindelof decidedly worse. Evra was like this though.
