Being played as a double-header...with Martinique's game first. Unless there are Haitian expats in attendance, that stadium's gonna be mad empty for the second match - like when Costa Rica played Belize in the Rio Tinto after USA-Cuba in a Gold Cup Btw, the rescheduling's been confirmed by Concacaf.
Maybe they'll stick around to support their fellow Francophones. It so, it would essentially turn the game into a third home game for Haiti.
The match was moved to Martinique because St. Lucia's stadium (Dares Sammy Crickets Ground) is being used for international cricket matches. Plus Haiti was already in Martinique for for a training camp. https://thevoiceslu.com/2018/10/saint-lucias-at-home-game-vs-haiti-now-shifted-to-martinique/
Btw, this now means that Haiti will have the distinction of not having to play a single away match in their opponent's territory, as the following match against Nicaragua will likely be held in Costa Rica.
From the Haitian Fed's official update today: I can't remember if Concacaf ever explicitly stated that the CNL would be used for Copa América qualification (mainly out of hesitation until said joint Copa América is even confirmed), but this is one more confirmation.
St. Vincent & Grenadines remaining games are vs. Turks and Caicos and Bonaire. There is a real chance they end up with 9 points and force themselves into the discussion for Gold Cup qualification and perhaps even League A qualification. Watching the game vs. French Guiana, if St. Vincent had better passing, they might have won that game 3-0. They missed two passes to guys wide open near the 6-yard box.
French Guiana was the first Pot A team not to win. Martinique was in Pot A and hasn't played yet. St. Vincent attempted WCQs for the first time for 1994. They reached the Semifinals the first four times in qualifying for 1994, 1998, 2002, and 2006. St. Vincent's only Gold Cup was in 1996, when there were 9 teams in 3 groups of 3. St. Vincent lost 5-0 to Mexico and 3-0 to Guatemala. St. Vincent didn't qualify for the last five Caribbean Cups. In qualifying for World Cup 2006, the previous Semifinalists were seeded so their two leg series before the Semifinals would be against a team that did not make the previous Semifinals. Then WCQ seeding changed to using the FIFA Rankings. The Semifinals for 1994 had 8 teams, which went down to the ninth best team because USA didn't have to qualify. Starting with 1998, the Semifinals had 12 teams. In the Semifinals for 2006, St. Vincent won both games against St. Kitts and Nevis. In St. Vincent's other 22 Semifinal games in those four cycles, they lost every game with 9 goals scored and 96 allowed.

Full Time: Puerto Rico 0 - 1 Martinique The Puerto Rican keeper, who plays in the USL for Oklahoma City, was by far the best player on the pitch. Martinique will probably rue that they didn't score 4 goals or even 5, but the keeper was stellar. Puerto Rico doesn't seem to have any attack at all. They rarely pushed forward until Martinique had a player sent off at 73 minutes.
Interesting part is that Ex-MLS MVP, Amado "El Lobo" Guevara is their current head coach. Doesn't look like he's going to last.
Tough luck/schedule for Puerto Rico...but they should be happy that League B will be the biggest one, or they'd be in real danger of sinking into League C right now. As for Sint-Maarten, can they just forfeit and accept their League C fate? The good news is that they won't have to face such superior opponents ever again - unless they end up in Guatemala's group in the first CNL edition.
Unless Guatemala uses their U-20 team in League C, they may put up 10 in every game unless somehow they end up in the same group as a decent-ish team that was unlucky enough to be demoted.

They are showing some progress. 13-0 then 12-0. Same goes for TCI. How bad are you be when you lose 0-8 at home to a Guyana side? LOL. Their European pandans San Marino and Andorra never lost to teams like Moldova or Latvia that way. One of funniest senior men's competition ever. P.S. Is there any moves on getting Surinamese overseas players to play for ther NT? This was awesome chance for them to move up ranks a bit and it still is, they have SKN on last matchday, they might qualify to GC if not to NL.

Who will have the best goal differential? Haiti leads in goal differential per game, but their 3 remaining games are against teams who have won all their games, including Cuba who has scored 13 without allowing any. Curacao leads in goal differential, but hosting Guadeloupe and at Antigua and Barbuda aren't likely to be blowouts. Cuba is tied with Haiti for second in goal differential, but Cuba's 2 remaining games are against Dominican Republic and Haiti, neither of whom has allowed a goal yet. Canada has a chance.
Apparently there is a story going around that Leon Bailey, who initially decided he would play for Jamaica this weekend, backed out of his commitment because the JFF didn't also call up his brother Kyle who plays in the Austrian Second Division.
Don't think Leon got called-up... I think Craig Butler whose his handler, is trying to get his inferior talented son in through the front door of JFF via Leon Bailey. JFF isn't having it... with that said.. I think he got an invite, but not a call-up because Leverkusen would've said something on the matter since call-ups are handled by club not agents or third party investors.
Oh wow. Belize just had a goal called back for offside. Their attacker was clearly onside. 0-0 still.
