Blame Abubakar for the goal, but we conceded once, and our attacking players were crap. Pipa and Kamara were bad, but Meram set the game back ten years. Good tactics from GGG, just needed our best players to be our best players.
We lost 1-0 to the best team in the league and one of the best teams in league history from a ppg standpoint. The boys played their asses off in 4 of 5 playoff games. I’m proud of the season. Sorry it’ll likely be our last, but TFC is damn good and will make lesser teams look so. No shame. Boys had a great season.

They didn’t score a goal in 4 of 5 games and it took a miracle up a man to advance. 3G came in and made this team completely unwatchable.
I cannot put into words how pissed I am that Jozy and Bradley could not care less when playing for the Yanks yet were our undoing in this match.
What he said. We played a team that won 20 games, scored 74 goals, and had a +37 goal differential, and played them to 1-0 over 180 minutes. We lost to a better team. I think what wound up killing us was our lack of depth. When our top guys aren't getting it done, we just don't have much off the bench. Artur gets suspended, Abu isn't close. Jahn is our best forward off the bench. And as much as we love Manneh, he's not Bradley Wright-Phillips.
