This coach has the players practice the awkward balancing. This makes it easier for the kids to progress from performing the pieces to performing the whole movement smoothly. I was so impressed with this clip that I wanted to post it for others to see. There are a lot of bad coaching videos on youtube, but this is truly a diamond in the rough.
