Always nice to know that any team can be beaten on the day. Unfortunately for the rest of the league it might just serve as a reminder to Guangzhou not to take things for granted (at least for another match or two).
C'mon China. Show how much of a police state you really are by taking these moronic twats with the lasers out of the stadium and giving them a right seeing to with your humungous "f*ck off sticks".
Sorry ntg about the late reply but my computer has been down for the last couple of days, anyway I caught the game on this website below where it was on a free open stream. http://livetv.ru/ or http://livetv.ru/en Note: The first website is the original while the second is the english version.
It's not a rumor, its reality, he is now in charge of Shaanxi, read more on wildeastfootball tomorrow (maybe)... While there were no Henan fans in the away section (too cowardly?), there were certainly some fans in the crowd tongiht. One was using a lazer to bother keeper Yang Zhi, unsuprisingly, a Guoan fan took offense to that http://ww3.sinaimg.cn/large/705bf97bjw1dlgt97llnij.jpg
thats what i was thikning but nanchang was a weak team anyways. just look at their position onthe tables. but lv zheng =] i knew he was good. 2 goals and an assist?
gao hongbo's first match with shaanxi hangzhou greentown 0-0 shaanxi renhe it was a good result, considering greentown's home advantage and past good home results and shaanxi's bad results lately. zhao xuri, qu bo, zhang lie, and yu hai must be happy gao hongbo is here, and bari mamatil of greentown was pissed that he did not play.
guangzhou evergrande 4-1 shaanxi renhe. with 18 wins, 7 draws, 1 lost. guangzhou becomes the champion of CSL. southern china football never had a CSL title before.
I just want to see how this team will do in next year's AFC CL. That's where the real test will be. I'm all for them to do well and to elevate the status of CSL but its' gonna be a lot harder!
argh my bad again ntg.-redded. fooled by the chinese media, next time i should double check everything they say.
GUANGZHOU EVERGRANDE WILL CELEBRATE THE CHAMPIONSHIP ON 10.16 - Guangzhou Evergrande will have the celebration ceremony after the Shenhua match on October 16 - the thirty minute ceremony will not have any superstars (as it suggested before by the Chinese media) - it will play three songs in the stadium, with one of them is a classic from the hong kong singer Hacken Lee [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ALPjhcSMp7w"]???-?? - YouTube[/ame]
In 2001, I was at the stadium when China beat Oman 1-0 and through to the WC finals. Participated in the wild celebration in the streets of Shenyang all night that night. For some reason, comparing to that, even though I'm a native Guangzhou guy, I don't feel the same excitement with this Evergrande celebration. Probably because I'm more of a NT loyalty first, club loyalty can always changed kind of fan.
What does the Korean on that shirt say? The English and the Chinese words on the shirt don't translate into each other so I can't really guess what the Korean words say. My best guess is his name.
